Salary: $123,690 – $181,412 plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Conduct technical site audits and troubleshoot complex utility system issues, including boilers and cooling systems.
• Lead and manage multiple internal projects from initiation to completion, overseeing planning, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and deliver technical training and support materials for internal and external audiences.
• Act as a primary evaluator of new product concepts and collaborate with R&D on development priorities.
• Support geographic expansion and business growth through technical expertise and customer engagement.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, costs, and quality to ensure technical and financial requirements are met.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Cooling industry experience.
• Expertise in administration and management of cooling chemical applications, including corrosion, scale, and fouling.
• Proven project management experience directing large-scale projects in a team setting.
• Experience in direct value sales and new product launches.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and organized problem-solving for complex technical situations.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Expertise in reverse osmosis processes.
• Experience in Power, Pulp/Paper Water, Hydrocarbon, and Chemical processing industry utilities.
