Talent Sourcer

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates globally for technical and delivery positions and conduct proactive outreach.
• Manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing activity and metrics.
• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate candidate and interviewer calendars.
• Maintain accurate interview documentation, send confirmations, and support offer logistics.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep searches organized and on schedule.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent operations.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Experience scheduling interviews across global time zones.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and process orientation.
• Reliable internet connection and availability during global business hours as needed.
