Business Development Associate (Developer Ecosystem) (Web3)

Location: Remote; remote-first global workforce. New York office available, with annual offsites and team onsites.

hirify.global develops blockchain scalability and security infrastructure, including the Arbitrum stack and ZeroDev, for decentralized applications and Ethereum ecosystem projects.

What you will do

• Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into active ZeroDev integrations.
• Present ZeroDev Kernel and modular account infrastructure to developer teams and explain its technical value.
• Own top-of-funnel activities by tracking leads, nurturing prospects through technical evaluation, and handing off qualified opportunities to sales engineering.
• Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events, connecting engagement to the adoption pipeline.
• Source and engage prospective users, developers, and partners through Twitter and Discord.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
• Experience engaging early-stage developers and contributing to crypto or Web3 ecosystems.
• Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702, and related developer tooling.
• Experience using social platforms, particularly Crypto Twitter, to generate qualified leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for online and in-person engagement.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to optimize and automate workflows, with a results-oriented approach to defining and measuring outcomes.

Nice to have

• Technical background in engineering, developer relations, or product management.
• Additional understanding of ERC-4337 and EIP-7702.
