💰 Compensation: USD 2000 - 6000 / month

🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for expanding global Web3 market cooperation resources, including KOLs, trading communities, project parties, media, institutions and ecosystem partners, and continuously bringing high-quality trading users to the product;
2️⃣ Establish and maintain KOLs, trading communities and industry resources in Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and Chinese-speaking regions, and drive user growth, product subscriptions and trading conversions via AMAs, Spaces, campaigns, joint activities and other forms;
3️⃣ Independently take charge of the entire process of business cooperation, including resource expansion, cooperation negotiation, proposal formulation, project implementation and effect review, and continuously optimize the cooperation ROI;
4️⃣ Collaborate with the marketing, social media, product and operation teams to formulate growth strategies based on product features, and drive users to complete core conversion behaviors such as registration, subscription and transaction;
5️⃣ Continuously explore high-quality cooperation resources in AI Trading, Crypto, DeFi, trading communities and other fields, establish long-term ecosystem partnerships, and take responsibility for the user quality, subscription volume and trading volume brought by the cooperation.

🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, with experience in projects such as AI, Crypto, exchanges, and DeFi being preferred;
2️⃣ Boasts abundant resources of KOLs, trading communities, project parties and institutions across Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and Chinese-speaking regions, and is capable of rapidly driving cooperation implementation;
3️⃣ Have real user growth cases, and be able to continuously bring high-quality transaction users through cooperative resources, rather than just brand exposure;
4️⃣ Able to use #English as a working language, with excellent capabilities in business communication, negotiation and cross-cultural cooperation;
5️⃣ Result-oriented, with strong capabilities in Data Analysis and resource integration, capable of formulating and implementing cooperation strategies centered on user growth, subscription conversion and transaction volume.
💡 Bonus items
1️⃣ Have resources in AI Trading, quantitative trading, exchanges or professional trading communities, with mature cooperation cases;
2️⃣ Familiar with the growth model of SaaS or subscription-based products, with experience in improving subscription conversion rate and user retention;
3️⃣ Have practical cases of successfully driving product user growth, trading volume growth (TVL / Trading Volume) or revenue growth.
