TL;DR

MES - Lead PAS-X Modeller | Life Sciences (PAS-X/MES): Leading end-to-end technical delivery for multi-site PAS-X MES roll-outs in pharmaceutical manufacturing with an accent on architecture, configuration, OT/IT integration, and regulated validation. Focus on governing global and local implementations, coordinating SIT/UAT through go-live, and standardising scalable solutions across manufacturing sites.

What you will do

Lead architectural and technical decisions for a multi-site PAS-X MES roll-out program.
Align the global core model with local site implementations and govern configuration, integration, and customisation standards.
Oversee MES configuration for workflows, forms, MBRs, gMBRs, and ESP.
Lead OT/IT integrations with ERP, SCADA, LIMS, historians, enterprise systems, and shop-floor systems.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, go-live, technical stabilisation, and validation activities.
Coordinate vendors, system integrators, automation providers, and infrastructure teams while maintaining technical documentation and governance.

Requirements

At least 6 years of hands-on MES/MOM implementation experience in industrial or pharmaceutical manufacturing, including multi-site deployments.
Strong PAS-X expertise and knowledge of ISA-95, OT/IT integration, enterprise and OT architectures, and interface design.
Experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, go-live, and technical issue resolution.
Ability to work with IT, OT, Manufacturing, and Quality stakeholders.
Professional working proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
Knowledge of GAMP 5 and Computer System Validation.
Experience with template-based global MES roll-outs and cross-site standardisation.
