Location: Onsite in Puurs, Belgium

Employee-owned international project delivery firm delivering complex engineering, architecture, project, and construction management services across life sciences, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, energy, and food and beverage sectors.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the execution phase of multiple laboratory and office construction projects.
  • Coordinate external partners and contractors on site.
  • Organize meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports for client management.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification or exceptionally extensive relevant experience.
  • At least 10 years of construction and/or mechanical experience.
  • At least 10 years of site experience.
  • Experience with life sciences, mission-critical, or similarly complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English is required.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with the project delivery firm.
