What you will do
- Support the administration of CSA contracts and subcontract packages from award to final account.
- Manage and track variations, change events, and associated supporting records.
- Assist with monthly payment applications, valuation processes, and verification of site progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams regarding commercial documentation.
- Maintain commercial logs, registers, and reporting documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Support risk identification and claims avoidance through proactive document control.
Requirements
- Experience in construction contract administration, preferably in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
- Knowledge of local contract law, EU commercial regulations, and pharma industry standards.
- Familiarity with standard construction contracts such as FIDIC or NEC.
- Understanding of pharma construction requirements, including GMP compliance.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
