TL;DR
Product Manager (HPI) (Product Strategy): Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for solutions serving customers and business stakeholders with an accent on customer research, market analysis, and cross-functional execution. Focus on prioritizing requirements, translating them into product features, measuring performance through KPIs, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.

What you will do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize requirements based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to develop and launch product features.
- Manage the product lifecycle, define success metrics, and monitor performance through data-driven insights.
- Present product updates, business cases, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related roles.
- Experience managing products from concept through launch and optimization.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
