Mgr, Packaging Project

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates residing in AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, or WV are excluded.

Salary: $71,000–$81,000 USD annually, adjusted based on work location, experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client packaging projects from development through completion.
• Oversee project processes, timelines, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with clients and serve as the primary liaison in the packaging development process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across the client network.
• Apply technical and category knowledge together with consumer insights to resolve complex project issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong technical and category knowledge related to packaging projects.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to apply consumer insights and solve complex problems during packaging development.
• Must be located in the United States and may not reside in the excluded states listed above.
