NA Compliance Specialist

What you will do

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist with compliance risk assessments, control monitoring and testing, site audits, third-party reviews, and project-based assessments.
• Track remediation actions and prepare compliance reporting.
• Help develop and deliver training on the Helpline, antitrust, anti-bribery, ethics, and related compliance topics.
• Support ethics and compliance investigations through documentation, evidence handling, and issue tracking.
• Monitor regulatory developments and participate in compliance impact assessments and improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, legal, or a related function.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–40% annually.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish and/or French.
• Experience supporting global compliance programs and related systems.
• Familiarity with DOJ- or ISO-aligned compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to audits, investigations, or third-party risk management.
