What you will do

• Monitor legislative developments and supervisory authority recommendations to assist in operational adaptation.
• Draft and update internal compliance policies, methodologies, and the annual compliance program for the CEO and Board.
• Advise department heads and employees on compliance matters and organize internal training sessions.
• Evaluate new products and services from a regulatory perspective prior to implementation.
• Liaise directly with supervisory authorities, such as the Bank of Lithuania.
• Integrate AI tools like Gemini into daily routines to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in law, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in compliance, law, or financial regulation.
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills (C2) and very good English (B2).
• Must be based in Lithuania for hybrid work.
• Proven capability to seamlessly integrate AI tools into professional tasks.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for risk assessment.

Nice to have

• Experience communicating with regulatory authorities or conducting audits.
• Knowledge of PSD2, EMD2, AML/CTF, MiCA, or related directives.
• Prior experience within the fintech or electronic money institution sector.
• Proficiency in using ChatGPT to improve process efficiency.
