Compliance Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Bedford, TX (Onsite)

What you will do

• Oversee and orchestrate daily compliance functions and ensure all statutory obligations are met.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain business processes and procedures within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Monitor new laws and regulatory requirements, performing research on statutes and case law across 50 states.
• Maintain professional relationships with state insurance departments and other regulatory bureaus.
• Design processes to ensure compliance for new program managers, products, or updated regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Must have US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship provided now or in the future.
• 5 to 7 years of business experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Degree is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in compliance and the insurance industry is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance.

• Knowledge of NAIC annual statement lines of business.
