What you will do

• Lead current-state process mapping covering end-to-end workflows, data flows, system interactions, and user roles.
• Facilitate working sessions with business and IT stakeholders to establish a shared understanding of current processes.
• Create structured process maps, system maps, data flows, and user interaction artifacts.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to design future-state processes and capabilities for digital and AI-driven transformation.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved data flow.

Requirements

• Deep experience with process mapping and process design, including BPMN, value stream mapping, Lean, or similar methods.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, applications, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AWS architectures, cloud-native patterns, APIs, event-driven design, and data platforms.
• Ability to connect processes, data, systems, and users into a cohesive view.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, consensus-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous information quickly and deliver tangible outcomes without direct authority.
