APTDSWA S7 Manufacturing Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Shift 7: Thursday–Saturday days and alternating Wednesday days.

Salary: $51,710–$85,340 annually for the hourly role.

What you will do

• Operate substrate and wafer assembly production equipment while collecting and evaluating operating data.
• Perform equipment setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare-parts management.
• Monitor equipment health and reliability and implement online adjustments and configuration changes.
• Work with Module Engineering on experiments and data collection activities.
• Resolve nonstandard production-line events and support continuous process improvement.
• Maintain training materials, manage buddy, trainer, and certifier levels, and participate in safety forums and the Emergency Response Team.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a STEM field, or a high school diploma/GED plus qualifying technical certification, manufacturing, military technical, or equipment-maintenance experience.
• At least 1.5 years of hands-on manufacturing or military technical experience, or at least 1 year of equipment-maintenance or related technical experience, depending on the qualification path.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to adapt judgment and work independently on routine and complex assignments.

Nice to have

• At least 6 months of experience troubleshooting, installing, repairing, or operating electronics equipment.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing technology.
• ERT training and certification.
