Customer Advocate I

hirify.global provides transportation-related services and coordinates transportation support for members and providers.

What you will do

• Assist transportation providers with questions and concerns related to transportation services.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Answer incoming calls on the Transportation Provider call line and provide customer support.
• Document provider complaints, incidents, concerns, and trip details accurately.
• Process trip corrections, mileage and cost adjustments, cancellations, and retroactive trip entries according to company policies.
• Refer unresolved provider or member grievances to the appropriate department.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Zero or more years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage high call volumes, remain calm under pressure, and resolve issues professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate typing, and ability to follow complex instructions.
