Assistant General Manager

Location: Onsite at 31475 Utica Rd, Fraser, MI 48026, USA

Salary: $16.27–$19.52 per hour, plus eligibility for an uncapped monthly performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Open, close, and secure the storage facility each business day.
• Help customers select storage solutions, complete rentals, sell protection plans and merchandise, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Process payments, balance receipts, and complete bank deposit drops.
• Order, receive, stock, price, and display products while supporting the online auction process.
• Conduct property walkthroughs, safety inspections, lock checks, unit cleaning, and light maintenance and landscaping.
• Open and close storage doors and perform tasks requiring the ability to lift more than 30 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to vendors or other worksites during the workday.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in adverse weather, noise, chemical, debris, and traffic conditions.
