Activity Security Representative (ASR) III

Location: Onsite in Bedford, Massachusetts, United States. Travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility is required and may be extensive, including air and ground transportation.

Salary: $90,355–$122,245 per year, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multidisciplinary security support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Review, process, track, and control inbound and outbound classified correspondence, mail, media, data files, and accountable materials.
• Maintain document accountability databases, personnel security files, access records, logs, customer databases, and sponsored billet information.
• Support facility access control by preparing badges, escorting visitors, conducting entry and exit inspections, and maintaining visitor control systems.
• Process access requests, nomination questionnaires, indoctrinations, clearance actions, and candidate record checks.
• Participate in Air Force SAP compliance inspections and provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance required; ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI poly.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• At least 5 years of related experience, including at least 2 years of SAP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree desired; degrees and relevant security certifications may count toward experience equivalents.
• Familiarity with security policies, manuals, DCIDs, JAFANs, and related policy documents.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to work with DoD personnel, military and civilian staff, and industry partners.
