Activity Security Representative (ASR) III

Location: Onsite in Bedford, Massachusetts, United States. Travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility is required and may involve air and ground transportation.

Salary: $90,355–$122,245 per year

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day security support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and Special Access Program activities.
• Review, process, track, and maintain classified correspondence, mail, materials, data transfers, and document accountability records.
• Manage facility access control activities, including visitor escorting, badges, entry and exit inspections, and visitor-control systems.
• Maintain personnel security files, access databases, logs, clearance-processing records, and customer-sponsored billets and quotas.
• Prepare and review Program Access Requests, conduct security-system reviews and indoctrinations, and support Air Force SAP compliance inspections.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, quality assurance, security awareness support, and administrative assistance to security team members.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance required; ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• At least 5 years of related experience, including 2 or more years of SAP experience.
• Familiarity with security policies, manuals, DCIDs, JAFANs, and other applicable guidance.
• Ability to work with Department of Defense, military, civilian, and industry personnel in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; willingness to travel 10–25% within the organizational area of responsibility.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree; an associate degree in a related field may count toward experience.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification or Special Program Security Certification.
