Program Security Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Provide security management and oversight across the F-15 program’s acquisition, development, production, and sustainment phases.
• Manage information, personnel, industrial, physical, operational, resource, anti-terrorism/force protection, and communication security activities.
• Develop and document program protection and system security inputs for acquisition documents, including SOWs, SRDs, CONOPS, LCMPs/LCSPs, SCGs, and DD Forms 254.
• Prepare DD Forms 254 for government coordination and distribution.
• Support personnel security investigations, review paperwork, and track personnel security clearances.
• Participate in IPT activities, conduct security studies and analyses, prepare reports and briefings, and support Systems Integrity processes for protecting critical program information.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge and recognized expertise in the relevant technical or professional field.
• At least 10 years of full-time DoD security experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree, including five years performing full-time security functions.
• Alternative qualifications include a relevant master’s degree with 12 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience including five years in the DoD, or 20 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications.
• Understanding of current DoD and Air Force acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes.
• Ability to oversee junior and journeyman personnel and provide program office, enterprise, or staff-level support.
• Work may take place in secure government facilities and requires compliance with applicable USAF security procedures.

• DSS Security Asset Protection Professional Certification.
• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional certification.
• Experience supporting industrial security, system security, technology control, and program protection for aviation or weapon systems.
