Senior Data Business Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Data Business Analyst (Data Migration/BI): Supporting large-scale migration from legacy systems to the Manhattan platform with an accent on source-to-target mapping, data quality, and business–technology alignment. Focus on validating migrated data, resolving complex mapping and transformation issues, and coordinating delivery across business and engineering teams.

Location: Remote from Brazil or Colombia only.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document source-to-target data mapping requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers during development, unit testing, and functional testing.
• Validate migrated data, investigate inconsistencies, and support data cleanup and quality activities.
• Facilitate discussions on data structures, migration scope, business rules, and edge cases.
• Create reports and dashboards to track migration progress and business visibility.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English at C1 level or higher is mandatory; the CV must be submitted in English.
• Senior experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in large-scale data migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformations, and data lineage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with testing, validation, defect resolution, and data quality activities.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools, plus Agile, Jira, and Confluence experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manhattan WMS, Manhattan Active WM, SCALE, or other supply chain and warehouse management platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation.
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or other Business Analysis and Agile certifications.
