What you will do

• Lead the regional Employee Services function and represent it to senior HR leadership.
• Oversee an Employee Services Delivery Center responsible for HR administration and payroll processes.
• Ensure SLA compliance, service quality, operational discipline, payroll accuracy, and HR data quality.
• Implement global Employee Services standards and solutions across the Americas.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, automation, digitalization, and HR data initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of 30+ HR professionals, including two manager-level direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Employee Services, HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar functions.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex organizations.
• Deep knowledge of HR operations, HR administration, payroll, HRIS/core HR systems, compliance, data governance, and payroll cycles.
• Track record of leading large HR operations teams or delivery centers in multinational environments.
• Strong analytical, structured, proactive, people-first, and service-oriented leadership approach.
