What you will do

• Provide heavy-duty parts knowledge and support in collaboration with the team.
• Help ensure strong customer satisfaction through accurate and timely parts information.
• Use Microsoft Excel to build and improve industry parts knowledge resources.
• Maintain internal databases so parts information remains accurate and customer-ready.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience as a heavy-duty parts specialist.
• Proficiency with desktop and laptop computers.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent time management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
