Senior Data Analyst

hirify.global operates digital marketplaces for vehicles and commercial equipment as part of the global CAR Group.

What you will do

• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, customer journeys, and purchase paths across marketplace categories.
• Build and maintain self-service dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, and related BI tools.
• Develop sales attribution analyses and reconcile delivery, billing, and performance data across platforms.
• Coordinate data integrations into Snowflake and reporting tools, working with engineering on ELT pipeline requirements.
• Transform raw data into reporting-ready models using SQL, including joins, mapping, standardization, and quality assurance.
• Build monitoring and alerting for performance anomalies and identify opportunities to improve engagement, product performance, and advertising revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years of data analysis experience, ideally in digital media, ad tech, marketplaces, or ecommerce.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid, or Looker Studio.
• Experience analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and performance metrics across multiple platforms.
• Experience with data pipelines or integrations and coordinating cross-functional technical projects.
• Familiarity with ELT concepts, data modeling, or analytics engineering.
• Ability to communicate complex findings through clear, compelling recommendations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic coding skills in Python, R, or a similar language.
