Channel Account Manager II - Service Providers

Location: Remote US

Salary: $90,000 base salary with on-target earnings of $150,000, plus equity.

What you will do

• Achieve and exceed quotas based on partner expansion and renewal metrics.
• Advise service provider partners on solutions that improve customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Drive partner loyalty, retention, and recurring revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with multiple contacts across assigned partner organizations.
• Support partners in delivering high-quality cybersecurity services through the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer or partner success, channel sales, or direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of the managed service provider space, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Ability to act as a trusted partner advocate and deliver meaningful cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong bias to action and efficient execution.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
