AI Operations Lead (Data Cloud)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work with office attendance generally required Monday through Thursday and flexible remote work on Fridays

Salary: $174,100–$225,500 annual base salary for New York.

What you will do

• Integrate Salesforce with product roadmap tools to connect pipeline, forecasts, revenue outcomes, and product delivery.
• Automate data flows across Salesforce, Snowflake, and business intelligence platforms.
• Build real-time executive dashboards covering pipeline, forecasts, ARR, NRR, margins, operating costs, and headcount costs.
• Establish source-of-truth systems, metric definitions, data governance standards, and integration frameworks.
• Create scalable ETL/ELT processes and business intelligence data models for self-service analysis.
• Partner with finance, revenue operations, product, analytics, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance systems, revenue operations, business intelligence engineering, or data automation.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Experience building end-to-end automated reporting systems and integrating product management tools with financial data.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, COGS, and contribution margin.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in ad tech, mar tech, or data platform businesses.
• Familiarity with cloud data architectures and API integrations.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance for financial reporting.
