Salary: $74,800–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Analyze operational and product data, using AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis and improve workflows.
• Develop strategic initiatives across merchant onboarding, shopper rewards, Dasher efficiency, logistics, and delivery quality.
• Identify and implement technologies that automate merchant onboarding with greater speed, quality, and accuracy.
• Advocate for product and operational solutions that improve user experience, unlock growth, and reduce costs.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and help create operating playbooks, processes, and guidelines for New Verticals initiatives.
• Create quarterly and annual plans aligned with product capabilities and marketplace opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in technology, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups, or a related area.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with data, developing insights, and communicating recommendations through dashboards and visualizations.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles and operate at both detailed and strategic levels.
• Comfort using AI tools to synthesize information, streamline workflows, and solve complex business problems.
• Ability to work in the stated U.S. hybrid locations.
