Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations - Restaurant Operations

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office in Melbourne or Sydney, Australia

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for 1–2 strategic restaurant OKRs across the ANZ business.
• Own platform reliability across restaurant uptime, menu accuracy, and photo coverage.
• Support program management and leadership of the POS penetration program, including target cohorts, rollout planning, adoption tracking, and impact measurement.
• Use SQL and internal data tools to perform complex analysis, quantify trade-offs, and develop recommendations and action plans.
• Use AI tools to streamline analysis, monitoring, documentation, and other repetitive work.
• Design scalable operating models, playbooks, processes, and monitoring in partnership with Sales, Partnerships, Consumer, Product & Engineering, Finance, Integrations, and international teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Strong SQL, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams end-to-end.
• Strong project management, written communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercial mindset, systems thinking, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort using AI tools to automate repeatable analysis, documentation, QA, or monitoring work.
