hirify.global Labs is an independent hirify.global team exploring robotics and automation to transform last-mile logistics.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end physical product design projects from concept sketches and CAD models through prototyping and production launch.
  • Research user needs, market trends, materials, manufacturing processes, and competitive products.
  • Translate design intent into specifications covering materials, geometry, finishes, ergonomics, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Build and iterate 3D-printed, machined, and mock-up prototypes to validate usability, aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, user research, marketing, and product teams to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with product vision.
  • Present concepts and prototypes, incorporate feedback, and contribute to product design language and brand consistency.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept ideation, CAD/3D modelling, prototyping, and product launches.
  • Proficiency with CAD and 3D software such as SolidWorks, NX, Alias, or Rhino, plus rendering tools.
  • Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability, cost drivers, usability, and ergonomics.
  • Demonstrated ability to take physical products from concept to production release and collaborate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and business leads.

Culture & Benefits

  • Small, high-impact team focused on ambiguous early-stage challenges and 0-to-1 product development.
  • Hands-on access to sketchbooks, 3D printers, laser cutters, CAD tools, and materials-lab resources.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) with employer matching, paid parental leave, paid time off, and paid sick leave.
  • Flexible paid time off for salaried roles, plus wellness, commuter, disability, life-insurance, family-forming, and mental-health benefits.
  • Professional development budget and a collaborative studio environment that values experimentation, iteration, and hands-on making.
