What you will do
- Lead mid-to-low risk IT projects affecting multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project charters, scopes, schedules, work plans, status reports, and project documentation.
- Manage project risks, issues, change control, budgets, resources, vendors, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with IT teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and affiliated healthcare practices.
- Communicate project status and risks, facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and guide teams toward delivery.
- Coordinate implementation, training, support transition, and occasional on-site assistance at affiliated facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field, or four years of relevant project management, coordination, project lead, or systems analysis experience.
- Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information, prioritize work, operate under pressure, and work independently or collaboratively.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
- Ability to travel occasionally to facilities and affiliated sites in support of implementations, training, and project delivery.
Nice to have
- Certified Associate in Project Management certification.
- At least one year of hospital or hospital IT experience.
