Service Technician, Service Operations, Labs (AM Shift)

Location: On-site in Mesa, Arizona, with 100% in-office presence required. AM shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, five days per week, including at least one weekend day.

What you will do

• Perform service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for robotic systems and electric bicycles.
• Repair faults in robotic platforms, modular components, electric bicycle drivetrains, and support vehicles.
• Work with senior and lead technicians on complex faults and develop advanced diagnostic skills.
• Complete repairs on electrical systems, control units, battery packs, and hardware under guidance.
• Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic flowcharts to guide service work.
• Document diagnostic steps, repairs, and component failures while following preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of service work experience.
• Curiosity and interest in mechanical work and repairs.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful completion of an MVR check required.
• Availability for on-site work in Mesa, Arizona and the specified AM shift required.

Nice to have

• Experience servicing vehicles, bicycles, fleets, electric or autonomous vehicles, robotics, or aircraft.
• Experience with JIRA, MaintainX, or other service management systems.
