Field Technicians (Robotics)

Location: US Remote; frequent travel to customer warehouse sites is required, including multi-day trips.

What you will do

• Travel to customer warehouses and perform onsite mapping of racking, aisles, storage areas, and other infrastructure.
• Use proprietary mapping and editing tools to build and update warehouse maps.
• Capture measurements, photographs, and other site information.
• Perform quality checks and document discrepancies that could affect robot operations.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to communicate findings and resolve site issues.
• Follow standardized procedures while improving mapping quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites, including multi-day trips.
• Comfort working independently for several hours in large, active warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Basic computer and technical skills, with the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
• Strong communication, organization, reliability, and safety awareness.
• Comfort working around forklifts and other industrial equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience in warehouse operations, field service, surveying, mapping, construction, or a similar hands-on field role.
