Google Workplace Transformation Product Manager (Google Workspace)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office attendance in Warren, Michigan; Austin, Texas; or Mountain View, California at least three times per week.

Salary: $106,600–$192,700 per year, plus bonus potential.

What you will do

• Own and communicate the Google Workspace vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption priorities for the M365-to-Google Workspace transformation.
• Act as the trusted product expert and adoption champion for Google Workspace, including capabilities, workflows, integrations, migration considerations, and business value.
• Gather user and business needs, readiness data, and feedback, translating insights into requirements, recommendations, and backlog priorities.
• Partner with engineering, design, support, vendors, Change Management, Enablement, and business stakeholders on migration and rollout planning.
• Create and deliver presentations, demonstrations, training, and practical guidance for enterprise audiences and individual business units.
• Define and monitor OKRs, KPIs, adoption metrics, migration signals, stakeholder feedback, and usage trends.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from a hirify.global location in Warren, Michigan; Austin, Texas; or Mountain View, California three days per week.
• Must already have U.S. work authorization; hirify.global does not provide immigration-related sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, SaaS solutions, enterprise technology, workplace transformation, adoption, or enablement.
• Experience with product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, backlog priorities, enterprise collaboration tools, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or comparable enterprise SaaS launches, migrations, or adoption programs.
• Experience with KPIs, adoption metrics, change management, communications, training, or enablement.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build trust with employees and business stakeholders.
