Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Own features end to end, from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release stability.
• Build across frontend experiences with Angular, backend services and APIs with .NET, C#, and Python, and data layers using PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Design maintainable and reusable solutions with clear APIs, data models, component boundaries, and separation of concerns.
• Identify technical risks and delivery blockers, contributing to API design, performance, observability, and service reliability.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Platform, Architecture, Infrastructure, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Raise engineering quality through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and agile planning.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Strong software design fundamentals, including API design, data modeling, separation of concerns, and component boundaries.
• Experience independently delivering features amid ambiguous requirements and taking responsibility for quality, stability, and outcomes.
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers and communicate technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated industries, compliance, security, risk management, GRC, FedRAMP, or NIST.
• Background in enterprise SaaS and scaling organizations through growth.
• Cloud-native development experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with observability, performance profiling, and production issue diagnosis.
• Exposure to AI and ML integration in product engineering.
