Senior Fullstack Engineer (Vue)

Location: London, hybrid, with regular onsite collaboration

hirify.global is hiring for an ambitious technology business developing and evolving a core product platform.

What you will do

• Set engineering standards for quality, testing, and technical design.
• Own key product areas from initial concept through delivery and shape their technical direction.
• Build complete product capabilities across front-end and back-end systems, with an approximately 70% front-end and 30% back-end focus.
• Improve platform scalability, performance, maintainability, usability, APIs, data structures, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into dependable experiences.
• Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to wider technical strategy without people-management responsibility.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Strong experience with a modern front-end framework such as Vue, React, or Angular.
• Good Python and TypeScript experience, with the ability to develop back-end systems and design or consume robust APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and data-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, engineering best practices, and architectural trade-offs.
• Experience working closely with product and design teams and taking a pragmatic, product-focused approach.
