Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI) (React/Angular, Java/Python/C#, Azure OpenAI): Building and operating cloud-native medical applications for doctors and clinics with an accent on full-stack development, AI-powered features, and agentic workflows. Focus on designing reliable and secure services, integrating modern LLM tooling, and driving AI adoption across engineering teams.
Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan; remote or hybrid work

What you will do
- Develop and maintain modern web applications for the medical domain.
- Design and implement AI-powered features, agents, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Build and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
- Work across frontend, backend, and DevOps domains using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Drive engineering excellence and AI adoption across development teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level full-stack development experience.
- Strong frontend expertise with React or Angular.
- Strong backend expertise with Java/Spring Boot, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
- Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering.
- Strong English communication skills required. A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background is expected.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI agents, workflows, or automation solutions.
- Familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems and AI tooling.
- Understanding of product development processes.
