Systems Engineer – VeloCloud SD-WAN/SD-Branch (MSP/SP), USA Remote

What you will do

• Own technical relationships for assigned MSP and service-provider accounts.
• Help partners design, package, launch, and grow VeloCloud SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services.
• Develop enablement programs for sales, marketing, operations, NOC, support, and product teams.
• Guide operational integration with OSS/BSS systems, service assurance platforms, REST APIs, log and metric exports, and multi-tenant orchestration.
• Lead solution design, RFx responses, technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, expand managed-service offerings, and represent Arista at industry and partner events.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, including work with service providers or MSPs.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, WAN technologies, SD-WAN, MPLS VPN, and Segment Routing.
• Experience with pre-sales, technical presentations, solution design, and PoCs.
• Knowledge of Linux, hypervisors, cloud computing, and operational tools for logs, metrics, events, and alerting.
• Strong communication, listening, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST APIs, Python, Ansible, and automation frameworks.
• Experience co-developing or enabling managed-service offerings.
• Prior experience supporting MSP/SP organizations and knowledge of network industry certifications.
