Platform Architect (Agentic Trust)

Salary: $251,672–$369,119 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the reference architecture, roadmap, principles, standards, and governance model for the Agentic Trust Layer.
• Design Agent Passport, workload identity, delegated authorization, evidence ledger, replay, policy engine, MCP Gateway, and continuous authentication capabilities.
• Establish dependency contracts and serve as the design authority and technical gate across platform build tracks.
• Guide technology strategy, innovation, cloud and cryptographic infrastructure investments, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Chair architecture governance forums, manage technology risks, and align solutions with security, privacy, regulatory, and assurance requirements.
• Advise executives, lead architects and senior technology professionals, and represent hirify.global in standards bodies, analyst engagements, and strategic customer reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 7+ years leading enterprise, platform, or security architecture programs.
• Deep expertise in cryptography, PKI, certificate authorities, key lifecycle management, HSMs, signing services, and hardware roots of trust.
• Experience with SPIFFE/SPIRE, SVIDs, mutual TLS, OAuth 2.x, token exchange, externalized policy, PBAC, and ABAC.
• Experience designing tamper-evident or append-only verifiable systems and deep expertise in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including confidential computing and customer-managed keys.
• Experience shipping products under assurance regimes such as FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria, eIDAS, SOC 2, or FedRAMP, plus the ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or relevant AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture certifications.
• Experience deploying and securing generative AI and LLM solutions at enterprise scale.
• Knowledge of agentic AI architectures, MCP, agent-to-agent interoperability, x402, AP2, and major cloud or identity control-plane ecosystems.
• Experience in highly regulated financial services or insurance environments.
• Contributor or maintainer standing in SPIFFE/SPIRE, Sigstore, Certificate Transparency, or similar trust-infrastructure communities.
