Program Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of executive dashboards, reports, and performance summaries using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and other CRM data sources.
• Build automated reporting systems and establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences for Sales and CX leadership.
• Define KPI frameworks, monitor metric quality, and support forecasting, MRR/ARR analysis, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
• Analyze revenue, customer, and operational trends and translate complex datasets into executive-level recommendations.
• Coordinate programs across Sales, CX, Operations, Enablement, and executive stakeholders, including workflows, meetings, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Improve processes through automation, AI-driven tools, standardized templates, Salesforce enhancements, and stronger data governance.

Requirements

• Experience with program and project management, including planning, governance, execution, and risk management.
• Knowledge of revenue and forecasting analysis, including MRR/ARR frameworks and pipeline visibility.
• Experience designing and governing KPIs and preparing leadership reporting.
• Salesforce reporting, data quality management, and dashboard analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, process documentation, workflow design, automation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
