Project Planner

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar planning software.
• Define deliverables, activities, dependencies, programme logic, baselines, and key milestones.
• Work with Project Managers, Engineers, department leads, customers, and delivery partners to collect progress and resource information.
• Monitor schedule performance, critical paths, risks, delays, constraints, and capacity across projects.
• Produce planning reports, look-ahead schedules, milestone updates, performance metrics, and management information.
• Support recovery planning, corrective actions, change management, forecasting, tenders, proposals, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in planning, project controls, scheduling, or project support.
• Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or another project-led environment.
• Strong understanding of schedule logic, dependencies, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to identify programme risks and work with varied stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
