Head of Agency, Outdoor

What you will do

• Lead and manage a high-performing, fully integrated team of outdoor specialists.
• Plan and implement strategies to grow revenue across independent agencies and outdoor specialist groups.
• Build influential relationships with specialist customers and resolve or escalate client servicing issues.
• Oversee forecasting, weekly targets, client segmentation, and significant client pitches.
• Support outdoor product knowledge, training plans, system integration, and adoption of new processes.
• Work with Agency, Trading, CAD, and GAD leaders to deliver department targets and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hirify.global's traditional and digital outdoor inventory.
• Proven experience managing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial challenges and approaches to solving them.
• Ability to recruit and retain high-performing individuals.
• Experience coaching and developing talent while building an inclusive, trusting team environment.
