IT Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico; office infrastructure support for the Spain office, including Barcelona and Madrid.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for macOS, Windows, and workplace software through a ticketing system.
• Configure equipment and access for regional new hires and manage offboarding processes.
• Manage user lifecycles and permission changes across Google Workspace, Slack, and other corporate tools.
• Enroll and manage company laptops through MDM solutions such as Kandji, Jamf, or similar tools.
• Maintain WiFi, networking, video conferencing systems, and hardware inventory at the Spain office.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one identity provider, one MDM platform, and one ticketing tool.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows.
• Professional English at B2+ level and fluent or native Spanish.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Proactive, autonomous problem-solving skills and comfort working in a high-growth startup.
