Computer Operations Specialist (Manufacturing IT)

Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico; on-site desktop support required

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day operation of enterprise technology services and resolve user issues.
• Coordinate on-site desktop support for PC hardware and software needs.
• Maintain system documentation, testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze technical problems with vendors, identify root causes, and recommend strategic solutions.
• Help identify desktop support solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Train fellow desktop administrators on organizational processes.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Basic understanding of network equipment, AV equipment, and manufacturing computing equipment.
• Basic understanding of Linux Desktop.
• Strong communication, customer orientation, teamwork, planning, problem-solving, conflict-management, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain business ethics.
