Net Working Capital Analyst, EMEA

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with office attendance around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance EMEA net working capital reporting, trackers, dashboards, and action plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly market-level reporting packs with commentary on movements, cash impact, risks, and opportunities.
• Support monthly market reviews by analysing performance, capturing actions, tracking progress, and escalating material issues.
• Analyse aged debtor, accrued revenue, and unbilled media balances to identify credit risk, billing delays, and provisioning risks.
• Contribute to quarterly balance sheet and provision reviews by analysing account movements, trends, and client allocations.
• Improve reporting quality, process discipline, and working capital awareness across finance and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Part-qualified accountant, qualified by experience, or working toward CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or a similar recognised finance qualification.
• Relevant experience in finance, working capital, credit control, commercial finance, media agency, or shared services environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including trend analysis, variance investigation, data interpretation, and clear explanation of financial movements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFS, data cleansing, reconciliations, variance analysis, and large financial datasets.
• Ability to prepare concise reporting packs in PowerPoint and communicate confidently with finance, commercial, regional, and non-finance stakeholders.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and be able to work from the London office around four days per week.

Nice to have

• Power Query experience.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP BFC, Cartesis, or similar reporting and dashboard tools.
• Experience in media agency finance or working capital reporting.
