Focus on consolidating year-end accounts, leading ISAE 3402 audits, improving ERP-enabled processes, and ensuring accurate reconciliations across the UK, US, Ireland, Germany, and Canada.

What you will do
- Lead external reporting and audit execution across the UK, US, and Ireland, including statutory deliverables, tax packs, PBC lists, and audit samples.
- Own year-end statutory consolidation, including adjustments, eliminations, disclosures, and draft financial statements.
- Lead ISAE 3402 audit activities, including evidence collection, walkthroughs, testing support, and remediation documentation.
- Prepare VAT/GST, Intrastat, and VIES filings and reconcile them to the general ledger.
- Execute month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, cash flow preparation, intercompany reconciliations, revenue recognition reporting, and fixed asset accounting.
- Oversee treasury and credit control activities, prepare management reporting, and improve controls, automation, ERP capabilities, and SOPs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive finance experience, including month-end close, audit coordination, and statutory or management reporting.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification, or qualification by experience.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills with strong analytical, organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Resume must be submitted in English.
