Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA, with at least three days per week in the Durham, NC office required for this position.

Annual base salary: $135,000–$210,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, growth, business success, and customer adoption for products in the security and IT operations portfolio.
• Build strategic customer relationships, gather product feedback, identify opportunities, and define requirements for emerging products.
• Develop product direction and secure alignment from engineering, product, sales, marketing, technical account managers, partners, and customers.
• Shape go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, sales enablement, and product marketing initiatives.
• Identify new products and greenfield markets aligned with hirify.global’s platform and business priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams to plan, develop, and launch successful software products.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree from a leading undergraduate institution.
• 3–5 years of enterprise software experience and 3–5 years in analytical, strategic, product management, business operations, strategy, or engineering roles.
• Product management experience with Microsoft and/or ServiceNow, or experience focused on partnerships and integrations.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with IT operations and systems management products, including 3–5 years supporting such products from a consulting or vendor perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to use Excel, SQL, R, and Python for analysis and modeling.
• Strong communication, presentation, technology, business strategy, organizational navigation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
