What you will do

• Own the performance, engagement, and retention of the Live Mini Games portfolio.
• Define seasonal strategies and performance goals using data-driven player insights.
• Lead major product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
• Optimize player experiences via experimentation, balancing, and live tuning.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers to raise the bar on product craft.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and LiveOps to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in F2P mobile games or consumer products.
• Proven track record of optimizing live products or game systems.
• Experience leading LiveOps and experimentation initiatives.
• Experience managing and developing other Product Managers.
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs and interpreting results.
• Must be based in or able to work on a hybrid basis in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with top-grossing live service mobile games.
• Background in managing game economies or seasonal content.
• Experience as both a Game Designer and Product Manager.
• Experience building product organizations or mentoring senior PMs.
