What you will do

• Own the roadmap and evolution of assigned platform capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prioritize work by balancing business value, customer needs, operational efficiency, and technical considerations.
• Maintain a healthy, prioritized, delivery-ready backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support Engineering with timely clarification and decision-making, and validate delivered solutions against business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, align Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, and communicate trade-offs and delivery expectations.
• Monitor product performance, player feedback, and adoption data while contributing to Product standards and governance.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Product Owner in software or digital platforms.
• Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams and delivering complex software products in Agile environments.
• Strong project, backlog management, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaborative decision-making skills.
• Must be based in Malta for the remote role.
