Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: United States; remote.

What you will do

• Scope customer workflows, define agent use cases, and identify integration requirements.
• Design agent workflows, configure prompts and behaviors, select tools, and validate functionality.
• Lead technical account management during deployments, explaining constraints and managing scope decisions.
• Create implementation timelines, coordinate with engineering, track milestones, and escalate blockers.
• Define data flows and integration architecture between AI agents and customer systems.
• Monitor post-launch performance, analyze usage patterns, and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, systems design, or technical consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear technical requirements.
• Customer empathy and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience scoping work, estimating timelines, managing dependencies, and communicating status proactively.

Nice to have

• Healthcare domain expertise, including clinical workflows, EHR systems, or FHIR.
• Experience with AI/ML orchestration, prompt engineering, or LLM-powered applications.
• Healthcare IT experience, including EHR integrations, healthcare data pipelines, or clinical informatics.
• Experience building tools for complex, regulated environments.
