What you will do

• Design and develop AI/ML-driven systems that detect and mitigate security threats at scale.
• Build and maintain scalable applications for real-time threat detection and response.
• Develop automated detection systems integrated with hirify.global’s security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security teams to improve security practices, guardrails, and tooling.
• Research and prototype new security solutions and evaluate their technical feasibility.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
• Professional, non-internship software development experience.
• Experience programming in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, SageMaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2.
• Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
