What you will do

• Architect and demonstrate complex technical solutions tailored to specific customer environments and needs.
• Support the Value Selling process, including TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Conduct competitive research and provide field insights to the product team to influence the roadmap.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, prospects, and customers.
• Mentor junior Sales Engineers to foster their technical and soft skills development.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management on feature tracking and enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of the Falcon Platform and the broader cybersecurity landscape.
• Solid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analytics.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
