Solutions & Integrations Engineer

What you will do

• Lead technical proof-of-concept evaluations for new products and platforms, assessing architecture, scalability, operational fit, risks, and integration capabilities.
• Onboard SaaS and enterprise systems and coordinate implementations with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Design integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, OAuth, scripts, and automation workflows.
• Build monitoring, alerting, logging, observability, and incident-management integrations.
• Define onboarding procedures, technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support handoff processes.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Israel and provide proof of employment eligibility.
• Strong experience integrating SaaS and enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, OAuth, and system integrations.
• Strong scripting or programming skills, preferably Python.
• Experience designing automation workflows and independently managing technical initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with security, monitoring, observability, alerting, logging, and incident-response platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms or lightweight internal tools.
